We offer counselling for many different issues including: depression, anxiety and stress, relationship problems, addictions, homelessness, bereavement and loss and low self esteem. We also offer Couples Counselling and you can find out more about this service here.

We work with both adults and teenagers (16+).

We have times when we are very busy but we aim to offer everyone an initial assessment within two weeks of contact.

Clients reach us in many ways: publicity, internet, church contacts, general practitioners, social services and a number of voluntary organisations. Increasingly clients are coming through word of mouth – someone else they know has given them our details.
